Learn to make your favourite Indian dishes with this hands-on cookery class
Have you ever wanted to learn more about cuisines from around the world? Or would you like to be able to create tantalising food to impress your friends and family? You may choose from a range of classes, including Introduction to Curries, Party Food & Dips and Vegetarian Indian Cookery. Through detailed instruction with expert tuition, the class will inspire and provide the skills for you to confidently cook exciting food in your own home.
Cookery classes start at 10am with light refreshments and a discussion about the menu for the day. Following this introduction the cooking begins with a combination of hands-on cooking and demonstrations. Once the cooking is done you will sit down to eat the food that you have prepared. At the end of the day you will be given a copy of the recipes used during the day to take home. You are free to ask as many questions as you would like throughout all stages of the day. This experience lasts approximately 5 hours.

On purchasing this experience you will be sent a voucher valid for ten months for two people. You are then free to contact the cookery school to make your booking using the contact information given. A range of courses are available to choose from. There will be a maximum of 3 other people attending the class with you. Courses are available on selected weekdays and some weekends throughout the year. All dates are subject to availability. Once a booking has been made you are subject to the cookery school's terms and conditions regarding cancellations and rebooking. In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled, alternative dates will be offered. This class is suitable for anyone over the age of 18 years. Children between the ages of 12 and 18 years may attend if accompanied by a fully paying adult. Special dietary requirements and allergies must be stated at the time of booking.
