Learn to impress friends and family with your new found sushi and sashimi making skills
This hands-on master class teaches the subtle art of making perfect sushi every time. During the class you will learn how to cook rice for sushi, how to prepare ingredients and where to source the best ingredients. You will learn a variety of recipes that you can recreate again and again at home. Classes are small, with a maximum of 8 participants to ensure that you will get plenty of one to one tuition.
This hands-on class begins at 10:00am and lasts for 2½ hours. All ingredients for the class will be provided on the day and are included in the cost of the experience. You will learn a variety of recipes and will be provided with notes on these. Wine and refreshments will be served throughout the class. At the end of the class you will receive a starter kit for making your first sushi at home. You will also be able to take home the sushi that you have made during the class.

On purchasing this experience you will be sent a voucher valid for ten months. Courses are available on selected weekdays and weekends and run from 10:00am until 12:30pm. Light weight clothing is recommended. Sensible, covered shoes with a good grip must be worn at all times. There will be a maximum of 7 other participants in the class with you.
