Take the heat out of the kitchen and have fun learning to cook. You will prepare a range of everyday Indian dishes from korma to party canapés. There will be hints and tips throughout the cookery class on how to work with spices, marinate food and provide low fat options to tickle those taste buds and keep your friends coming back for more.
