Do you lack the confidence to experiment with Indian cookery? In this fun and informative day, you will be shown all the basics for you to be able to whip a culinary frenzy in your own kitchen.
On this Indian cookery course you will cover traditional Indian recipes, covering topics such as party dishes, vegetarian main courses and some exciting and unusual side dishes. The use of spices and aromatic herbs will be explained in full so that you feel that you can season with confidence. Guests will be guided through a hands-on cookery session, as well as benefiting from a comprehensive demonstration from your experience teacher. You will be provided with lunch, coffee, soft drinks and tea.
Group Size: There will be a group of 10 people on the course. You will spend 5 - 6½ hours at the venue, depending on the location.

You do not need any experience or qualifications to enjoy this activity.
