Great if you have back problems, are pregnant or just want to remain undisturbed throughout or a Indian head massage where you will be fully clothed and seated, a variety of movements are used over the neck, shoulder and head including gentle stroking and pressure points to help relieve stress, tension and fatigue or a Thai massage where a the therapist uses their hands, feet and body to apply acupressure, stretching and yoga techniques to improve your body´s natural energy flow and healing process (you would need loose clothing for this massage, no oil is used) or a Pregnancy massage which is a gentle soothing massage to relax the mind, help alleviate pain and discomfort, improve circulation and ease water retention (suitable at all stages of pregnancy) or an aromatherapy massage; a combination of massage techniques designed for relaxing, healing and de-stressing.
