Game Overview
Well, we can confirm that we have played CoD3 for a very long time (in one sitting) and we'd rather be sitting in front of our HDTV than in front of a 19" PC Monitor writing a review on the game. How we have managed to tear ourselves away from some of the best graphics we have ever seen, some of the best gameplay ever and arguably the most engrossing game that the industry has ever seen. (Seriously we have been playing it for hours!)

We were unable to bring you a review of Call of Duty 2 due to a slight mishap with the game when it was sent to us, but we did manage to play it for a short period of time and we are 100% sure that Call of Duty 3 has annihilated it's predecessor in every department, it's actually blown it out of the water, sprayed a round of machine gun fire at it then strapped a few rounds of C4 to it and obliterated it! (Incase you hadn't realised it we do really like CoD3)

The graphics really come into there own with an HD screen, this game was made for HD, the explosions and gun fire look fantastic and the attention to detail in everything is very impressive from boxes to guns. Nothing has been spared although the lip sync does let it down a little bit.

The problems that CoD2 experience upon its release with the online play and the amount of Lag all seem to have been sorted from day one this time around and is without a doubt the best way to play Call of Duty 3. Playing against people all round the world with different styles of play, different tactics and a different attitude towards the game will really keep you on the edge of your seat all the time and the great thing about it is that every game is different so there is loads of potential for hours and hours of gameplay!

To get the best out of the Single Player mode we would highly recommend playing on the more difficult settings as the AI is a lot better, on Easy & Normal the German soldiers that stand in your way, literally stand in your way, on Normal you may get some fight out of them eventually but in Hard it does make it a lot more realistic (if a war game can be realistic).

One last thing, and take this as a BlokesOnly tip, if you are planning on purchasing Call of Duty 3 make sure you get yourself a surround sound system! Wow!

Our Conclusions
All in all Call of Duty 3 is one heck of a game, in our opinion it's a massive leap forward from the impressive CoD2 which is still one of the most popular 360 games available. Call of Duty 3 leaves you thinking, "How can it get any better?" but you can be rest assured that as long as we keep buying them the Developers will keep making them and making them and they are bound to get even better! Happy Days! The Trailer says it all really!
