When submitting a listing to the BlokesOnly Directory you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:-

• Your submission will appear in your chosen category unless we deem it to be unsuitable for that category, in which case we will contact you to discuss a more suitable category. If a suitable category cannot be agreed upon and you have selected one of the paid for options, a full refund will be made.
• We reserve the right to reject any submission without reason. If you selected one of the paid for options a full refund will be made.
• We will not alter the wording of your submission unless the title or description is too long, contains foul and abusive language or contains mispellings.
• If you select a free option, you must have your link in place before submission. Links must remain in place for the duration of this arrangement. If you drop your link to us, your listings will be removed from our directory.
• Free submissions remain in our directory indefnitely. Paid for listings are valid for one year from the date of going live - we will contact when renewal is due.
• You may submit listings to as many categories as you wish. Each submission must be accompanied by the relevant payment or an additional link to BlokesOnly.com.
• Only one submission is allowed per website in each category.
• Any offers or representations made by companies listed in the Directory are the responsibilities of the respective companies. By listing any company in the Directory, BlokesOnly does not endorse suitability, quality, availability or price of that company's products or services.
• No compensation will be due to any persons resulting from server outage or any other lack of availability of this site.
• Privacy:
  BlokesOnly maintains no long term cookies on visitor history.
  We do not pass on the email addresses of any individual or company submitting to the directory. Email addresses supplied during the submission process are only used for renewal reminders or information relating to the directory.
  BlokesOnly accept no responsibility for any losses or damages occurring due to inaccurate or misleading information contained on this website. We make considerable efforts to check submissions but no warranty or fitness is implied.
  Refunds will be given at the discretion of BlokesOnly.com.
